Running wasn’t always my favorite activity (in fact, I used to loathe the mere thought of running at all!), but over time I have fallen in love with running and the way running makes me feel, physically and mentally. I never imagined I would run 5k’s, let alone marathons. I give thanks at the end of each run, good or bad, because there is a lesson in perseverance, strength, and commitment in each one.
