I didn’t start off knowing what to do in the gym, let alone run more than a mile (I used to LOATHE running with every fiber of my being), but I made a promise to myself, my family, and my friends that I will be the best that I can be everyday.  Part of that includes being HEALTHY so I can do all of the things I want to do, now or someday in the future.

I want to be healthy for my family and friends.
I want to be healthy so I can keep up with my future children and grandchildren.
I want to be healthy so I can be a fun, supportive, loving wife.
I want to be healthy so I can be that crazy active 85 year old playing in the waves, hiking and traveling to amazing places, and running across finish lines.
I want to be healthy to live my life to the fullest.

Part of health is fitness.

Such a great reminder that being healthy is so much more important than looking a certain way. #BeHealthy
