Last week I finally was able to rack up some miles! It felt amazing to be outside and back in the running game after a few weeks of recovering from the Flying Pig.
Monday: 5.5 mile trail run
Tuesday: 7.5 mile run with Dad @ 8:45 pace
Wednesday: Off from running! Upper body strength + ab workout at home
Thursday: 3.5 mile run @ 8:30 pace
Friday: 3 mile run with sprints at the end (eek!)
Saturday: 5 mile flat trail run with Tim
Sunday: 1 mile shake out run
My legs are a little tired going into this next week, but I’m excited for another week of running ahead!
