WOW – long time no chat! School + work were pretty crazy last week…and I was prepping for MidWest FitFest! A weekend full of fitness loving people + workouts all day? My favorite (almost as much as you wonderful followers) 🙂 🙂
Here are just a few sneak peeks into my weekend:

Work it out!
Tues: 2 hours teaching Zumba
Wed: 1 hour teaching Zumba, 1 hour teaching Piloxing, 45 min taking Zumba (Macy + David at BGSU are BOMB instructors – if you’re in the area, check out their class!)
Thurs: 1 hour teaching Piloxing, 20 min teaching Spin before hitting the road for Chi-town!
Fri: 70 minutes on the treadmill at 6.0-8.0 (I wasn’t keeping track of mileage and then the hotel gym treadmill stopped…oops), another 2.5 miles on the treadmill with my lovely fitness travel buddies, a Bonus Burn from the CHAARG Spring Break Fit Plan, and almost 4 miles walking around the city!
Sat: Kickboxing, Turbo Tabata, WERQ, Dance Jamz, Kettlebell Extreme, Kickin It Shakin It (Turbo+Zumba), Not Yo Momma’s Step
Sun: 50 min teaching Piloxing
Mon: 45 min teaching Zumba, CHAARG Spring Break Fit Plan workout (burpees+lat jumps killed my quads!)
I’m looking forward to getting back into the normal swing of things this week with running and teaching!
