Marathon Training: Week Seven Plan

Good morning, everyone!

I hope you are all awake, alert, enthusiastic this wonderful Tuesday morning!  If not, here are some coffee-isms to help wake you up:

And with the arrival of another Tuesday, we enter another week of marathon training!  Week seven pops the mileage back up and I’m ready to be back in the double digits.  Here’s the plan…


In addition to running, I also teach and have the spring break fitplan workouts to tackle!  If I’m not feeling strong by the time the marathon rolls around, something is horribly, horribly wrong.
