If you’re lucky enough to have a four day work week, we’ve already almost made it to hump day! WHOOHOO! This week also starts week four of my training for the Flying Pig Marathon in May! I haven’t gotten my workouts in yet today (I will teach, then run, then teach again!), but wanted to share the plan with you now.

Lots of teaching!! I was super sore from BodyPump on Monday and while I know lifting makes me stronger, I need to remind myself to stick to lightweights on my tired legs! I didn’t meet my mileage goal, so I added it into this week’s training.
