National Doughnut Day!

Today was National Doughnut Day!!! Did you celebrate? If you did, welcome to the club! If you didn’t, no worries, I ate one for you.

We actually went too late for doughnuts, so we got doughnut holes instead! Thank goodness for Tim Hortons!

I taught a Zumba class at the senior center in town for the first class of this session and had so much fun with my ladies! They’re super energetic and are enthusiastic about Zumba…yay!!!

Here’s the circuit workout I taught as part of a bootcamp class this week. It takes just about ten minutes to complete and hits a lot of major muscles.

What is your favorite upper body exercise?
I love bicep curls and push-ups!
