Monday was a stretch day, Tuesday was BodyPump and Zumba, and Wednesday is a RUN day!!! FINALLY! I am so excited for my break today so I can get outside and enjoy the finally-springlike weather. I’m aiming for 3-5 miles since I know my legs are still sore from the weekend. Whatever – running is running and running = happy!!! Thanks to the rain it may be an indoor run, but again, running = happy!
