Layers on Layers

Does anyone else ever overdress for a run?  This was definitely an issue I had today.  To be fair, I was cold all morning so I think I threw an extra layer on just because of that 🙂

Whoops!  I ended up having to strip off two layers halfway into my run today.  I’m sure I was a sight to see trying to carry my jacket and an extra top while running down the road!  I hope that if you saw me you got a good laugh in for the day!

Yes, that was Call Me Maybe playing at the end of my run.  It will now be stuck in my head the rest of the day.

Lunch:  was a bowl of steamed broccoli and cauliflower with tomato sauce and parm cheese!  I also snacked on some carrots and avocado!

I’m off to finish up some last minute tasks before heading to THE Ohio State University for a quick visit.  I’m looking forward to reading my Girls on the Run curriculum guide on the way.  Practice starts on Monday and I want to be prepared!

(Insert hot sweaty mess here)
