Okay, I totally downed this smoothie before any photographic evidence could be obtained. Sorry friends! But this is my go-to smoothie recipe because it only has 4 ingredients (that we usually have on hand) and never fails to satisfy my tummy!
-1 part strawberries
-1/2 part frozen blueberries
-1/2 large banana
-1/2-1 container vanilla Greek yogurt
If you need to, you can add a little bit of water, milk, or liquid of your choosing (My fiance likes juice) to get things moving in your blender!
I topped it off with a handful of Wheat Chex for some crunch!
