Hey Fitness-Folk! This is the circuit workout I did on Saturday with Tim and again yesterday. I really should have looked at the weather because I could’ve ran yesterday (it hit 50 degrees!) and did circuit training today (currently 25 degrees with 40mph winds!). Whoops! On the running note, look for my updated training plan for the Glass City Half Marathon and Flying Pig Relay (and B4T!).
This workout was a sweaty one! It’s a total body wonder and I definitely feel it!
